Last topic - Lessons learnt - future practice

Time flies. I was just starting my adventure with ONL, and now I have to say goodbye.  What have I learned from ONL? I learned to take up challenges boldly. Meetings in the PBL group always left me with something to think about, to reflect on deeper. Interaction with such fantastic people with different experiences has taught me to look at the problem from many perspectives. I got to know new ideas for activating students which I will definitely use in my professional work. I am also happy that I was able to share my insights and ideas. It is reassuring that you are always listened to in a group, there are no stupid questions, that you have support from other companions, even if you don't quite understand what's going on. The presented digital tools in education (whether in groups or at webinars) are a fantastic mine of knowledge. I'm definitely going to explore Miroboard closer. I also liked the idea of one of the PBL Group in which they used the example of a cookbook to

ONL - designing the online and blended learning

After these two weeks, I know one thing for sure - I'm not a good moderator of online meetings 😅 It was a stressful experience, I felt that I was asking the wrong questions to develop the discussion. however, I liked the check-in and check-out procedure. There was a lot of laughter 😀 Coming back to the design of online and blended learning - even though I am a beginner in this topic, I have the impression that, compared to my colleagues at the University, I am trying to develop in this direction. Over time, I started to learn about different methods and techniques of online education and it was getting better and better. But just because I knew them, that didn't mean my students were also fl

ONL - Learning in community

It was a very interesting topic. I realized that I must have never experienced community learning the way it was presented in the webinar and by my PBL colleagues. Learning in a group has always been about assigning tasks for each participant, but these tasks were independent of each other. So each group member did an assignment individually, and then usually handed over the assignment to the teacher. No group discussion, no group findings. Sometimes it happened that one or two people did all the tasks for the group because the others did not want to. But I am inquisitive by nature. If I am interested in something, I intensively search for answers, ask people, check many sources. I guess that's how I set up quite a large personal educational network for myself. By participating in many projects, I can find relevant information, and if not, I know who to ask, what to watch, what to read.  New technologies have greatly facilitated access to information. Nowadays, knowledge is not onl
